Error messages when viewing Similarity Report

Error: Log in request

Solution: This issue has been reported to happen in Safari browsers. We suggest opening the ELMS in one of the recommended internet browsers - Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Both browsers are free to download. This should allow you to view your Similarity Report.

 

Error: M14:11

Solution: This error is generally caused by a temporary connection issue between Turnitin and our system. We recommend re-uploading your file to the ELMS so that it resends to Turnitin. When you do this, ensure that you adjust the file name slightly (adding a single different character is enough) so that the paper is resent to Turnitin.
