Here are a few simple things to check / try:
- Is the Caps Lock on? Passwords are case sensitive, so if you are putting a capital where it doesn’t belong, it might not work. Turn the Caps Lock off and try again.
- Have you copied the password from another location? For example an email or other document? If so, this can sometimes add a space to the end of your password. Try tying your password directly into the box.
If none of these things help, try clicking on the “Forgotten your username or password” button. This will send you an email with a temporary password. Remember to check your Junk folder, as sometimes these emails are picked up as spam. If this still does not help, you can submit a request to us.
